Description of Work
Work with individuals, couples and groups. Face to face and telephone work. NLP is solution focused and enables clients to move forward learning to let go of past limitations and un-useful emotions moving towards the future that they want.

Supervision
Good therapeutic practice dictates that all counsellors and psychotherapists have regular supervision. This ensures that standards are maintained. I receive regular supervision from a UKCP accredited NLPt psychotherapist.

I adhere to the code of ethics of the NLPLCA

Confidentiality
I treat all information disclosed to me as confidential. The content may be discussed with my supervisor but we will not disclose client details to a third party. Should I feel a client is a danger to themselves or to others, I do reserve the right to inform outside agencies, but would not do so without, wherever possible, informing the client first.
